Toggle Odoo developer mode with one click. Double-click to toggle debug=assets. Odoo Debug Mode Toggle adds a single toolbar button that turns Odoo's developer (debug) mode on or off, no menus, no popups, no typing ?debug=1 by hand. HOW IT WORKS • Click the icon once → adds or removes ?debug=1 from the current page's URL and reloads it. • Double-click the icon → adds or removes ?debug=assets instead, for working with unminified assets. • A small badge on the icon shows the current state at a glance: ON (green) for debug=1, A (orange) for debug=assets, or blank when debug mode is off. WHY USE IT Odoo developers and functional consultants switch debug mode on and off constantly, to see technical fields, inspect view architecture, access the developer menu, or debug JavaScript assets. This extension turns that into a single click instead of manually editing the URL every time. PRIVACY This extension only reads and rewrites the URL of your current, active browser tab when you click its icon. It does not collect, store, or transmit any browsing data, page content, or personal information, everything happens locally in your browser. Works on any http:// or https:// page, so while it's built for Odoo, it will toggle the same query parameter on any site if you use it there.
