Autofills the ESCRS IOL calculator from your biometry report. Parsed locally on your device. Supports six common biometers. Eyedesk autofills the ESCRS IOL calculator from biometry reports. If you calculate IOL power on https://iolcalculator.escrs.org, you know the routine: open the report, squint at the numbers, type each one into the form, double-check, repeat for the next eye. Eyedesk does it in one click. How it works 1. Open the ESCRS IOL calculator in Chrome. 2. Click the Eyedesk icon and drop in your biometry report — PDF or image. 3. Eyedesk parses the report locally in your browser and fills the calculator — patient ID, age, gender, K1, K2, axial length, ACD, lens thickness, white-to-white, the lot — for both eyes when present. 4. Review the values, pick your formula, calculate. Supported biometers Eyedesk reads reports from the Tomey OA-2000, Haag-Streit Lenstar (LS 900 / Eyestar), Zeiss IOLMaster 500 and 700, Alcon Argos, Nidek AL-Scan, and Ziemer Galilei. More devices are on the way — request yours directly in the popup and we'll email you when it's ready. Privacy by design Parsing happens entirely inside your browser. The report is never uploaded to a server. Eyedesk uses sign-in (Google or email) purely to identify your account for sync and telemetry; biometric measurements and patient identifiers stay on your machine. Who it's for Cataract surgeons, fellows, and clinic staff who want fewer keystrokes between the biometer and the calculator. This is an early release. If a parser misreads a value, report it right from the review screen — every report makes the next version better. Privacy policy: https://transcendent-faun-33a2e0.netlify.app/
