Invite the Addness recording bot from Google Meet and save to a goal or meeting notes folder. Invite the Addness recording bot directly from Google Meet. Choose where meeting notes and recordings belong in Addness without copying the meeting URL. • Choose your destination: Select an Addness organization and a goal or meeting notes folder. • See the recording status: Distinguish an invitation in progress, a bot waiting to join, and an active recording. • Keep your meeting clear: Minimize the panel to a small status indicator while recording continues. • Open the results: Once processing finishes, open meeting notes and the recording in Addness. Getting started 1. Sign in to Addness on the web. 2. Open a Google Meet meeting and select your organization and destination in the Addness panel. 3. Select “Record with Addness.” A host or another authorized participant may need to admit the bot. 4. After the meeting and processing finish, open the notes or video in Addness. An Addness account and permission to access the destination are required. Meeting settings may prevent the bot from joining. This extension supports Google Meet. Recording is performed by the Addness bot that joins the meeting.
