Capture browser actions and narrate as you go. Itra turns them into guides, tutorials, or bug reports to edit and share. Capture what you do in your browser while you narrate it, and Itra turns it into a clean, step-by-step guide - screenshots and all. No pausing to document anything, no writing it up afterwards. Hit record and go through it like you normally would. Your clicks, typing and navigation become numbered steps; your voice becomes the words on each one, transcribed right on your computer. When you're done you have a guide you can edit, replay, and share - or hand off as a tutorial or a bug report. What you can do with it: - Record actions you do in your browser, narrating as you go - Get a step-by-step guide with a screenshot for every action - Edit, reorder and reword any step afterwards - Replay a guide to teach someone, or to check a flow still works - each step passes or fails as it runs - Export as a web page, PDF, or Word document, or copy it to your clipboard - Send a bug report straight to a Jira issue, as a comment or on the description - no setup, no plugin - Share a guide as a tiny file that only carries the steps and narration - Or upload a complete guide to your Itra console and send someone a link to it. - Name a page variable to watch, and Itra records what it held after every step What people use it for: - Guides - shared in Teams or by email, exported as a PDF, or imported into Confluence - Bug reports - posted straight onto a Jira issue, or pasted into Teams or an email - Interactive training - for customers, new hires and associates - QA feedback - to paste into an AI chat, a ticket, or a message to a developer - Analytics and tagging - watch a data layer value and see how it changed While a capture is running, Itra records the pages you visit - the address of each page becomes part of the guide, so it knows where each step happened. This only happens during a capture you start, not your normal browsing. Built with privacy in mind: - Everything you capture is stored on your computer and stays there until you decide to share or upload it. - No account required to use. - Your narration is transcribed on your own computer, then discarded. Only the text travels with the guide. Itra is a free Chrome extension. Add it, hit record, and go. Updates changelog: https://itra.app/release-notes
