Transparently proxies local /api/download?url=... requests for ZumiFiles to enable cross-origin remote file previewing. ZumiFiles CORS Helper is a single-purpose developer utility companion for ZumiFiles (https://zumilabs.com/tools/zumifiles/). When loading remote files (such as 3D models, PDF documents, or CSV spreadsheets) via public URLs, strict browser Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) rules often prevent web applications from reading file streams directly. ZumiFiles CORS Helper uses Chrome's native Declarative Net Request engine to add permissive CORS headers (`Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *`) exclusively to HTTP requests initiated by ZumiFiles (`zumilabs.com`, `localhost`, and `127.0.0.1`).
