CAMERA CAPTURE FOR APPSHEET Tired of having to open your phone camera app, save a photo, and then upload it manually every time AppSheet asks for a photo? Camera Capture for AppSheet adds a Camera button directly inside your AppSheet application, right below every photo or image upload field. Click it, take your photo from your webcam, preview it, and save it — all without leaving the page. ───────────────────────────────── WHY YOU NEED THIS ───────────────────────────────── AppSheet does not have built-in webcam capture on desktop. Every time a user needs to upload a photo — a student ID, a site inspection image, a document scan — they have to: 1. Take the photo on a phone or external camera 2. Transfer the file to the computer 3. Manually upload it through the file picker With Camera Capture for AppSheet, all of that becomes a single click. It works directly inside the browser, on any AppSheet app, with any webcam. ───────────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS ───────────────────────────────── 1. Open any AppSheet app that has a photo or image field 2. A Camera button appears automatically below the upload field 3. Choose your camera from the dropdown (supports multiple cameras) 4. Click Capture to take the photo 5. Review the preview — not happy? Click Retake 6. Click Save — the photo is uploaded directly into AppSheet That's it. No file picker. No transfers.
