Send the current HTML5 video to the PlayBeam macOS app for AirPlay or Chromecast. PlayBeam connects your browser to the PlayBeam app on your Mac, making it easy to move a supported web video from the current tab to PlayBeam and play it on your Mac, an AirPlay device, or a Chromecast. The PlayBeam macOS app is required and is available separately. How it works Open a page with a supported video, then use the PlayBeam toolbar button or right-click the video. The extension detects the selected HTML5 media and sends the information needed for playback to the PlayBeam app running locally on the same Mac.
