Drafts replies to your Instagram DMs in your own voice. You review and send — nothing is ever sent automatically. ShadowDM helps Instagram business owners answer their DMs faster without losing their personal voice. When you open a DM thread on instagram.com and click the ✨ "Draft reply" button, ShadowDM reads the messages in that one open conversation, sends them to your private ShadowDM backend along with the business info you've saved (menu / services, FAQs, booking or order procedures), and proposes a reply written in your tone. The draft drops straight into the Instagram message box. You read it, edit it if you want, and press Send yourself. HUMAN-SENDS-ONLY — BY DESIGN ShadowDM never sends a message for you. There is no code path that triggers Instagram's Send button. It only fills the composer with suggested text. Nothing leaves your account until you click Send. USER-INITIATED, ONE THREAD AT A TIME ShadowDM only reads the single conversation you're currently viewing, and only when you click the button. It does not scrape your inbox, run in the background, send bulk messages, or follow/unfollow anyone.
