Responsive topbar overflow menu — Instead of fixed CSS breakpoints, a ResizeObserver dynamically detects when topbar-right would leave less than 200px for the breadcrumb on the left. When overflow is detected, all right-side controls are replaced by a single ⋮ button. Clicking it opens a dropdown panel containing search (full width), column selector, focus mode toggle, and settings — all using the same DOM elements so no state sync is needed. The panel closes on outside click or when the window widens back out.
