If your Rent Manager Signable Document only shows in the browser, page by page, this extension saves a local copy of the contract you already have open. You get the original pages plus searchable text — easy to reread, search, and paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI for a plain-language review. What you get • Download every lease page, or just the pages you choose • Keep original page images in a ZIP • Turn the contract into searchable text on your computer • Copy a ready-made review prompt plus that text for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Copilot Nothing is uploaded to us. Text recognition runs on your device. AI tools see your lease only if you paste it. How to use 1. Open the lease signing page in RentManager. 2. Click the extension. 3. Choose all pages or a range, then start the download. 4. Keep the processing tab open until it finishes. 5. Save your files, or copy the text and paste it into an AI chat. Works today on RentManager signing pages (rentmanager.com). Other sites are not supported yet. Email from the popup if you want another portal added. Please double-check names, dates, and dollar amounts on the original pages. OCR and AI can get those wrong. You must already be allowed to view the document. This version does not create a PDF.
