Description

Preview and organize downloads locally, and route future browser downloads with rules. Download Flow keeps browser downloads organized from a focused side panel. Choose a workspace inside your browser’s Downloads folder, preview files before moving them, and route future downloads into clear category folders with rules. Free features include local scanning, sorting previews, undo for the latest supported operation, basic rules, basic automatic renaming, searchable history, pause/resume controls, optional completion notifications, and light or dark appearance. Download Flow works locally with the workspace you explicitly select. File contents, file names, rules, workspace paths, download source URLs, and organization history are not uploaded to Download Flow servers. Optional sign-in sends only account authentication and plan-entitlement requests to Download Flow’s service. Pro adds advanced AND/OR/NOT rules, safe regular expressions, advanced naming templates, multiple workspaces, duplicate detection using file size and SHA-256, rule packs, and JSON rule import/export. Pro never deletes detected duplicates automatically.
