Highlights selected people's availability and shows their common overlap on When2Meet. When2Meet Highlighter Extended makes it easier to compare the availability of multiple people on When2Meet. Select one or more participants to highlight their availability. When multiple participants are selected, diagonal hatching identifies the times when everyone selected is available. This is particularly useful when only certain members of a group need to be available for a meeting or activity, while the overall group availability remains useful for other planning purposes.
