You being logged into the browser is enough. • Add right-click actions • Local persistent storage How it works 1. Create a CSS or JS file using the provided prompt 2. Add the file to alter 3. Reload the tab For JavaScript rules on sites with strict CSP, turn on “Allow User Scripts” on the extension’s details page in Chrome (Chrome 138+). Rules, secrets, and rule data stay on your device. alter does not send your browsing history to the developer. If a rule you enable calls an external API, that request goes only to the URL that rule uses.
