KickScope adds compact research tools directly to Kickstarter, helping creators, crowdfunding teams, and curious backers compare projects and understand their campaigns. UNDERSTAND A CAMPAIGN AT A GLANCE View USD funding, average pledge per backer, campaign dates, and the split between first-time and returning Kickstarter backers. COMPARE REWARD TIERS Explore a sortable rewards table with USD prices, included products, backer counts, availability, delivery dates, and estimated funding contributions. Select a product to estimate its unit count and average price across matching rewards. EXPLORE THE CREATOR Review previous campaigns and their funding results, and see the project's collaborators. COPY STORIES FOR RESEARCH Copy a project's Story text as Markdown for your notes or preferred AI assistant. You can also recognize text inside Story images and copy it together with the original text in reading order. Image-derived text is marked separately. OPTIONAL ON-DEVICE OCR Image recognition uses Chrome's built-in AI on supported devices. It runs locally, requires no API key, and incurs no cloud API token charges. Chrome may download a model on first use. OCR availability depends on your browser and device, and recognition results may contain errors. LIGHTWEIGHT AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL A compact interface that fits into Kickstarter, with an on/off switch in the extension popup. OCR results are cached locally for reuse and can be cleared from the reader. PRIVACY KickScope processes campaign content in your browser. It does not send Story text or OCR results to Bifrost or a cloud AI service. Requests to Kickstarter and its image hosts are used to load the content needed for the features you use. No analytics or behavioral advertising trackers are included. USD conversions and reward-level calculations are provided for comparison. Estimated reward totals and unit prices may not match final campaign revenue.
