Formats Official Memorandums, MFRs, and Background/Talking Papers per AFH 33-337 as real, downloadable Word documents. Tongue & Quill Paper Formatter builds five official Air Force document types — the Official Memorandum, Memorandum for Record (MFR), Bullet Background Paper, Background Paper, and Talking Paper — following the formatting rules in AFH 33-337, "The Tongue and Quill." Every document is generated as a real, genuine .docx file (not an HTML approximation), so it opens correctly in Microsoft Word with the right margins, hanging indents, numbering, and spacing already in place. Two ways to fill one in: • Start from scratch — pick a document type and fill in a simple form. • Or paste in an existing draft (from a Word doc, Google Doc, or plain notes) and let Automatic Formatting reorganize it into the correct structure.
