Research any product from its own website: pricing, competitors, customer complaints — cited, in a report you can act on. You are looking at a product and need to decide something about it. Should we buy this. Who else is in this category. What do their customers actually complain about. What does it really cost once you get past the pricing page. Open the side panel and ask. Mirrival reads the product's own site — the pricing page after it renders, the docs, the changelog, the customer stories — searches for what the site does not say, and writes a report. WHAT COMES BACK A report in seventeen sections, the same sections in the same order every time, so two reports on two products can be read side by side: • What it is, who pays, and what job it does • Every pricing tier with its unit, and what is not published • Vendor claims in a table — the claim, the evidence found, and a verdict, including "unverifiable" when a number arrives with no methodology behind it • The competitive landscape, layered, naming only products whose own site was actually opened • Domain rank and its 30-day direction, with the caveat that a rank measures prominence and not traffic • What customers say, quoted with source and date • What changed in the last 30 days • What could not be found, which channels were tried, and how each gap weakens which conclusion Every material claim carries a citation you can click. Product screenshots are pulled from the vendor's own pages and placed beside the claims they illustrate. WHO IT IS FOR • Buying software — compare real costs across tools that bill differently, find the complaints before you sign, know what to negotiate • Building a product — map who is already in a category and where the gaps are • Investing — check what is claimed against what is evidenced, and see which numbers need pressure-testing • Running a product — take apart a competitor's features, pricing, journey and release cadence HOW IT WORKS Each report is a fresh research run against public pages. Earlier sessions stay available for follow-up questions, but they are treated as leads to re-check rather than as current facts. A claim no source supports is left out or marked, never invented. Reports are written in the language you ask in. BEFORE ANY PAGE IS READ Mirrival asks for explicit consent before it reads a page. Google sign-in keeps your research history and daily allowance tied to your account. Mirrival requests your name and email for authentication and sends no research content to Google. The page URL and text, your question, and the conversation context are used only to produce and keep the report you asked for. This data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not subject to routine human review. Reports are generated by AI from public pages. They can be wrong. Check anything you plan to act on — every report says so, in the language it was written in.
