Bring your own API keys, pay for usage. 🚀✨ Popai: Your Personal AI Assistant in a Popup! 🖥️ 🌟 After using AI tools for over a year, I've pinpointed two crucial daily AI needs: a conversational chatbot and customizable tool bots for tasks like concept explanation, email composition, marketing copy generation, styled comment creation, and prompt engineering. 💬 Platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and POE offer these features (I've subscribed to them all), but the constant tab-switching is a hassle. 🔍 Browser extensions seemed like a solution, but most quality ones use a sidebar, whereas I prefer a popup format. 💸 Also, both web platforms and browser extensions often charge a fixed monthly fee of around $20 or more, regardless of usage. 💡 This frustration led me to develop Popai - a popup-style browser extension powered by the Openrouter API, giving access to mainstream language models.
