Quick access to breast, cervical spine, and lumbar spine reporting forms inside the Synthos reporting page. Synthesis Health Reporting Forms gives radiology staff one-click access to structured reporting forms inside the Synthos reporting application. From a toolbar, users can open clinical assistance and US tech form references, or inject breast (mammography), cervical spine, and lumbar spine reporting forms directly over the Synthos reporting panel so they can be completed alongside the case. Completed form output can be saved, reloaded, updated, and deleted for the user, and an optional auto-copy setting moves finished form text into the report. A built-in feedback option lets users report issues.
