Preview Reddit comments and threaded replies in a movable popup with fast prefetching and configurable behavior. The original Reddit Comment Companion extension is no longer maintained and no longer works reliably with modern versions of chrome. I missed its functionality while browsing old.reddit.com, so I decided to build a modern, future-proof replacement. This extension lets you preview Reddit comments in a movable popup without leaving the current page. It supports threaded replies, configurable hover and close delays, remembers the popup position, and includes several quality-of-life improvements over the original extension. I built it for myself, but share it with others who also miss the original Reddit Comment Companion. It works with old and new reddit.
