Read one paragraph at a time — stay focused without distraction Long articles are hard to get through when everything on the page is competing for your attention. ADHD Reading Focus strips all of that away. Press Alt+R on any page. A dark overlay appears showing just one paragraph of the article. Navigate forward and back with arrow keys or spacebar. Press Escape to exit. That's it. Turn on auto-advance and the extension moves to the next paragraph on a timer, with a progress bar so you always know where you are. Set the font size to small, medium, or large depending on what's comfortable. The extension remembers your position on each page, so you can come back later and pick up where you left off. Built for people with ADHD, but useful for anyone who wants to actually finish reading something online without getting pulled away. FEATURES - Dark overlay isolates one paragraph at a time - Keyboard navigation: arrow keys, spacebar, Escape - Alt+R keyboard shortcut to toggle focus mode - Auto-advance mode with configurable timer - Progress bar showing current position - Adjustable font size (small, medium, large) - Position memory per page (resumes where you left off) - Works on any page with paragraph content PRIVACY - No data collection - No account required - No external servers or network requests - Reading position stored locally per session only (sessionStorage) - Built on Manifest V3 By Patrick Bushe · bushe.co
