Create Li-nk.me short links from any page in seconds. Create short links from your browser without leaving the page. What it does Shorten any URL — Paste a destination or use the current tab to get a li-nk.me/s/ link. Optional custom slug — Choose a readable ending for your short link when you want a branded or campaign-specific URL. Copy and open — After creating a link, copy it to the clipboard or open it in a new tab. Secure access — Uses your Li-nk.me app API key (set in Settings) so only you can create links from the extension. How to use Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store (or load it unpacked for development). Open Settings in the popup and enter your App ID and API key (create an app and a write-capable key in the Li-nk.me portal). Click the Li-nk.me icon, enter or paste a destination URL (or use “Use current tab”), then click Create short link. Copy the short URL or open it from the result area. Extension popup The popup lets you enter a destination URL, optionally set a custom slug, and create a short link. Settings are hidden by default; use the Settings button to configure your App ID and API key. The extension talks directly to the Li-nk.me API with your credentials. Links you create are tied to your app and can be managed in the portal.
