Description
Hides YouTube videos of categories you described in your own words. Not This lets you describe, in your own words, what you don't want to see on YouTube. The extension reads the titles of videos in your feed, asks a language model whether each one falls into one of your categories, and hides the ones that do. Videos you searched for or opened yourself are never touched. What it does • Hides videos by categories you write yourself: "video games", "reaction videos", "anything about crypto" • Works on the home feed, subscriptions, search results and the recommendations next to a video — each place can be switched on or off • Hides Shorts entirely, if you want • Keeps a history of what was hidden and why, with a one-click "this was a mistake" that refines the rule • By default, tells YouTube "not interested" about hidden videos, so the recommendations themselves change — this can be switched off How it works Video titles and your category descriptions are sent to our server, which asks a language model provider for a verdict. Verdicts are cached in your browser, so the same video is never asked about twice. Nothing else is sent to us: no watch history, no account data, no cookies.
