Shows PSAInsights intelligence beside the ticket, company or contact open in your PSA. PSAInsights Sidekick puts what you already know about a customer next to the record you are working on. When you open a ticket, company or contact in your PSA, a small tab appears at the edge of the page. Open it and the panel shows the PSAInsights intelligence for that record: the customer knowledge your team has built up, contact context, sentiment and health, with links through to the full app. It is a briefing, not a dashboard. The panel shows the few things that matter for the customer in front of you, ranked by relevance, and stays quiet when it has nothing worth saying. The Sidekick is a companion to a PSAInsights subscription and signs in with your existing PSAInsights account. It reads nothing from your PSA beyond the address of the page you are on, enough to work out which record you are looking at. Autotask is supported today. Halo PSA and ConnectWise Manage follow. You need a PSAInsights account to use this extension.
