Improvements for netsuite UI Provides fixes for the useless UI of netsuite. Added features: - enlarged input box for timelog description - summary table for logged hours per project v1.2: - editable Hourly fee field - billable amount is calculated per project and total - minor code refactor v1.3 - szamlazz.hu "integration", to auto-create an invoice draft, based on summary table v1.4 - updated CSS to match netsuite's updated HTML v1.5 - hourly fee can be set per project v1.6 - invoice generation logic changed to show actual hours v1.7 - updated CSS to match netsuite's updated HTML v1.8 - updated selector to inject the summary table, due to Netsuite changes v1.9 - group and highlight hours by state (Approved, Pending, etc...)
