Record visits, review SOAP notes and codes, and save physician-approved drafts to eCW Progress Notes. THIS EXTENSION IS FOR BETA TESTING. HUVA Scribe eCW Beta is a physician-controlled clinical documentation workflow for authorized eClinicalWorks sandbox environments. Core capabilities: • Search and select an eCW patient by name and DOB. • Review, include, exclude, or edit a working copy of available medical context. • Record visit audio with clear microphone status and a live volume waveform. • Review and edit a SOAP draft for the current visit. • Approve, edit, remove, or add ICD-10-CM and CPT codes. • Write the reviewed draft to the physician-opened eCW Progress Note. • Read back each saved field, show a physician checklist, and require separate confirmation before Lock. Sign in with an existing HUVA Work account, search for a patient in eCW, review the available medical context, and record the current visit. HUVA Scribe creates an editable SOAP draft and suggested ICD-10-CM and CPT codes. The physician reviews and approves the note and codes before any EHR write begins. The physician manually opens the intended unlocked eCW Progress Note. The extension verifies the patient and encounter, enters the approved fields, reads them back, and presents a field-by-field checklist. Successful or already verified fields are checked automatically. Any unresolved field remains red and unchecked so the physician can complete it directly in eCW. Lock is available only after every checklist item is confirmed and requires a separate physician confirmation. This beta does not create or select appointments, prescribe medication, place orders, delete EHR content, submit claims, or silently retry an uncertain EHR write. It supports only the eCW sandbox host declared in the extension package. HUVA account authentication, hospital membership, subscription, and credits are shared with HUVA Work. Before authentication or EHR access, the extension presents a clinical-data disclosure and requires affirmative consent. Clinical context, visit audio, notes, approved SOAP fields, and codes are processed only to provide the requested Scribe workflow. HUVA does not sell this data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics.
