EMAIL FROM ANYWHERE Open any mail app and send an email to your personal KwikNotes address, automatically created from your sign-up email (for example, if you're alex@gmail.com, your KwikNotes email becomes alex@kwik-notes.com). Specify a project name in the subject line—KwikNotes creates the project if it's new or matches it automatically. Leave it blank to file under General. Just type your thought, hit send, and KwikNotes instantly corrects typos and neatly files your note. STAY ON TRACK Hit the ★ Favorite button to drop a note straight onto your Daily list. The floating Today panel stays visible as you browse, so top-priority tasks never leave your sight. PROJECT POWER Create, rename, merge, and drag notes between projects with smooth drag-and-drop. IDEATION PAD A roomy legal-pad editor with numbered and checkbox lists—ideal for brainstorming in the sidebar or in the popout window. WORKS ANYWHERE Encrypted local cache means offline access; everything syncs the moment you’re back online. GETTING STARTED 1. Install KwikNotes from the Chrome Web Store. 2. Pin it: click the puzzle-piece (Extensions) icon, then tap the pin 📌 next to KwikNotes so it’s always on your toolbar. 3. Create your account: click the KwikNotes icon, select Create Account, and enter your email & password—your unique note-capture address appears instantly. 4. Send your first email: • Project: Trip Planning – creates (or tags) the “Trip Planning” project. • (no subject) – lands in Today. Write your note in the body and send. Open KwikNotes to see it already filed.
