Token Counter for AI Chats (TCAC) gives you a real-time, always-visible estimate of how many tokens you've used in your current conversation prompt with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. As you type, paste, or edit your prompt, the counter updates instantly, so you always know how close you are to a model's context limit before you hit send. The session total keeps accumulating across messages. This is more a tool for focusing on prompt optimisation, and token usage.
