Showcify Red Team pressure-tests one resume against the job posting you are viewing before a recruiter does. Open a posting, launch the side panel, choose a Showcify resume or paste one locally, and run one adversarial review. WHAT YOU GET Red Team returns three hiring-side perspectives on your resume for that exact posting: • Recruiter skim - a six-second pass over your name, headline, titles, dates, and the top third of the resume. • ATS screen - a requirement-by-requirement keyword and evidence check. • Hiring manager - a skeptical read for seniority, depth, credibility, and fit. Every finding names a specific rejection reason and includes a verbatim quote from the job posting, your verbatim resume evidence (or an honest "missing evidence" state), a concrete edit, and a first-person rebuttal you can use. Evidence quotes are checked against the exact resume and job text before they are shown, so the review cannot invent a quote. APPLICATION ANSWERS (optional) A local answer library recognizes the same field across sites even when the wording differs - a saved "Contact email" matches a field labelled "Email." Every match can be copied. Where a field is safe to fill, an Autofill button opens a preview so you approve each value before anything is written. Autofill types only into the free-text fields you approve, never submits the form, and is undoable. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Read-only by default. The extension reads the job page only when you click the toolbar icon, there are no persistent content scripts, and it never submits or edits the job page (autofill types only fields you approve). • Bring your own OpenAI key. Your resume and the job text are sent to OpenAI only when you click Run Red Team review, using your own API key. There is no Showcify server in the loop for the review. • Local storage only. Saved answers, pasted resumes, and your recent reviews stay in your browser (chrome.storage.local). Nothing is synced. • Sensitive fields are never read. Password, payment, and identity-document fields are excluded. Questions about protected characteristics (gender, race, veteran status, disability) are detected and fenced - never sent to the model, never auto-filled, shown copy-only for you to answer yourself. • No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, no remote code. REQUIREMENTS • An OpenAI API key from a funded project with access to the review model (you paste it in settings).
