Protect your focus by blocking distractions, setting strict work schedules, and limiting daily social media scroll time. CoreTime: The Unapologetic Productivity & Focus Extension Stop letting the algorithm dictate your time. CoreTime is a powerful, privacy-first Chrome extension designed to help you build unbreakable digital boundaries, block heavy distractions, and achieve deep focus. Whether you are a student, remote worker, or anyone tired of infinite scrolling, CoreTime gives you the exact tools you need to reclaim your hours. In just a few clicks, you can lock down distracting apps, enforce strict work schedules, and even curate your social media feeds. 🚀 Key Features ⏱️ Smart Time Limits (App & Scroll Allowances) Stop the "just five more minutes" loop. Set a strict global daily time limit for your most distracting sites. Once you reach your allowed limit (e.g., 2 hours), CoreTime locks you out of those sites until midnight. It also tracks the difference between active browsing and mindless scrolling. 📅 Ironclad Work Schedules Define your core deep-work hours (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). During these scheduled blocks, your customized list of distracting websites becomes completely inaccessible. 🛡️ Strict Mode Security Do you find yourself simply disabling other blockers when you get bored? CoreTime's default Strict Mode is built to stop self-sabotage. When enabled, it actively prevents you from accessing the Chrome Extensions management page to disable it, and it blocks the uninstall page on the Chrome Web Store. The only way out is to finish your scheduled work block or disable strict mode by completing a task. 📺 YouTube Focus Mode Need YouTube for tutorials but hate getting distracted? Our deep integration allows you to selectively hide the Home Feed, Sidebar Recommendations, Comments, and Shorts. Use YouTube strictly as an educational search engine without falling down a rabbit hole. 🐦 X (Twitter) Keyword Filtering Mute the noise on your timeline. Add specific keywords to your CoreTime filter, and our engine will dynamically hide tweets containing those words as you scroll—without breaking the page. 📊 Historical Analytics & Heatmaps Track your wins. CoreTime provides a lush, 30-day heatmap dashboard of your productivity, tracking your app usage and doomscrolling habits day by day. 🔒 Privacy First CoreTime is built on a 100% local-first architecture. - No data mining: Your browsing history and active times are processed entirely within your browser. - No external servers: We don't send your analytics to our servers. - Secure Syncing: If you use multiple computers, your settings sync securely via Google's encrypted Chrome Sync API. Reclaim your focus, destroy distractions, and finally get your work done. Install CoreTime today.
