In the Startek AT&T partner build, it supports the broadband billing-to-Fiber demo across AnyAssist and AnyCOS, including serviceability checks, guided talk tracks, CRM note drafting, wrap-up summaries, and replay evidence for QA, coaching, and workflow review. This extension is intended for trained agents in approved partner environments and requires an active Anyreach backend configuration to function.
