Syncs your Scouts membership-portal hierarchy (training/DBS dates) and My Learning records to your Leader Compliance dashboard. See your leaders' training and DBS renewal dates at a glance — without hunting through the Scouts membership system leader by leader. Leader Compliance Sync reads your own membership.scouts.org.uk session (the one you're already signed into) and pulls your section, group or district hierarchy's training records and DBS status into your Leader Compliance dashboard, where everyone's status is colour-coded red/amber/green so you can see who needs attention first. HOW IT WORKS Sign in to membership.scouts.org.uk as you normally would. Open the extension, paste a personal sync key from leadercompliance.toolsforscouting.com, and pick a sync scope — just your section, your whole group, or your whole district. The extension only offers the scopes your account actually has access to. Click Sync now. Your hierarchy's names, roles, training modules and DBS renewal dates appear on your dashboard within a few seconds. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It never sees or stores your Scouts membership-system password — it reads your existing signed-in session, the same way the membership site's own pages do. It doesn't share your synced data with anyone else, including other leaders in your own group — it's private to the account that ran the sync. It doesn't run in the background or read any other website — it only activates on membership.scouts.org.uk and when you open the popup. Same sign-in as the other Tools for Scouting apps (Camp Planner, Quartermaster, Hall Manager), if you already use one of those.
