Manage and auto-fill Lex Stratus forms directly from your browser Lex Stratus Forms Manager is a productivity tool for Australian legal practitioners and registered migration agents who use the Lex Stratus platform (lexetheris.com.au). It fills Department of Home Affairs online forms (ImmiAccount) and runs VEVO visa-entitlement checks for you, using client data you have already entered in your Lex Stratus account. WHAT IT DOES • Auto-fills ImmiAccount visa application forms page by page, straight from your Lex Stratus client records. • Navigates to the correct form (a new application or an existing one) and completes each field, pausing whenever a value needs your review. • Runs single- and multi-applicant VEVO (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) checks automatically. WHO IT'S FOR You need a Lex Stratus account to use this extension. After you sign in to Lex Stratus, open the extension, choose a client form, and it performs the data entry on online.immi.gov.au for you. PRIVACY & CONTROL • The extension only acts when you start a fill or a VEVO check. • It runs only on lexetheris.com.au and online.immi.gov.au — it does not track your browsing or access any other website. • Your client data is never sent to anyone except your own Lex Stratus backend and the Australian Government site you are submitting to. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and your data is never sold. • Only a short-lived login token is stored locally in your browser; log out at any time to clear it.
