QA Test Accelerator for AcademyX — speeds up manual testing by auto-filling page sections with realistic data from a side panel. M.Quill is a QA test accelerator for AcademyX (Mudrik) portals. It automates the most time-consuming part of manual and sanity testing: filling long, multi-section forms with realistic data. WHAT IT DOES Open the side panel, enter your portal's URL, pick a module and a job/course variant, and run any section with one click. M.Quill navigates to the right page, enters edit mode, fills every field and rich-text editor with coherent, realistic content, uploads required files, saves, and verifies completion — while streaming a live log of every step. • Course Training Plan (CTP): auto-fills all sections — general course info, assessment plans and strategies, grading matrices, lesson plans, resources, amendment records and more — using complete, internally consistent course datasets. • SAT Analysis: covers the Scoping Study, Job Analysis and Training Factor Analysis phases end to end, with multiple job variants to test against. • Additional AcademyX modules (user management, assessments, surveys, exams and more) are included and expanding. • Works in both English and Arabic locales. • Run one section, a selection, or everything at once — and reuse the same flow across QA, UAT or any environment you point it at. • Optional AI generator: paste your own OpenAI API key to generate fresh course content on demand. WHY INSTALL IT Manually populating a full CTP or SAT project takes hours of repetitive typing and clicking; M.Quill does it in minutes with data realistic enough to exercise real validation, review and completion flows. Testers spend their time actually testing — finding issues, verifying behaviour — instead of preparing test data. Because every run uses the same datasets, results are consistent and reproducible across testers and environments. PRIVACY & ACCESS No portal address is built in — you enter your portal's URL and Chrome asks you to grant access to that one site only. Login passwords are held in memory for the session only and are never written to disk. The only external call is the optional OpenAI request, made solely when you run the AI generator with your own key. M.Quill is an internal SAAL QA tool intended for the AcademyX testing team.21
