Certificate data is read on-demand and held only in memory for the current session. It is never written to disk, sent to a server, or shared with any third party. ⚠ NOTE — "Debugging this browser" banner: When you click the extension icon, Chrome briefly shows a yellow "DevTools is debugging this browser" banner for 1–3 seconds. This is a mandatory Chrome security notice and cannot be suppressed. It appears because the extension uses the Chrome Debugger Protocol .
