Separate websites by topic, project, or purpose instead of keeping everything in one long bookmark list. 📚 Organize and save - Build a clear bookmark structure with workspaces and pages. - Save the page you are viewing from the toolbar popup and choose its workspace and page right away. - Select websites from existing browser bookmarks or currently open tabs and add them directly to boomation. - Add tags and notes to keep useful context with each bookmark. - Mark frequently used websites as favorites for quick access from the top bar. - Deleted items go to the trash first, so an accidental deletion can be restored. - Pro can automatically back up all workspaces to your own Google Drive when bookmarks or workspace data change. Choose the check interval and number of backups to keep, and download recent backups at any time. 🔎 View and find - Switch between table, card, and Kanban views. - Search bookmarks by title, URL, or note. - Narrow results with categories, tags, and sorting options. - Import Chrome bookmark HTML, or import and export the complete dataset as JSON. 🌐 Language and appearance - Choose light mode, dark mode, or follow the system setting. - The interface is available in Traditional Chinese, English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Bengali, and Hindi. 🔐 Storage and privacy You can use boomation without signing in. Your bookmark data stays in the browser on your device. After creating an account, you decide whether to connect your own Google Drive. When connected, the Chrome extension syncs bookmark data directly to the app data folder in your Google Drive for use across your devices. The boomation backend does not receive, store, or read your workspaces, pages, bookmarks, tags, notes, trash contents, Google Drive files, or file metadata. It only handles member sign-in, plan status, subscriptions, and Google Drive authorization status. Local bookmark management continues to work without connecting Google Drive. The Free plan includes the core organization features. Pro unlocks editing for every workspace, unlimited bookmarks, and other expanded limits.
