Fill your details once, then apply on recruitment portals without retyping them. Your details stay on this device. The same forty fields, again and again. Every new application asks for your name, your parents' names, your date of birth, your address, your education, your category - and one typo in forty boxes can end an application. ZapMitra fixes this in two steps. STEP 1 - Fill your details once at zapmitra.com/profile. Add your photo, signature and certificates at zapmitra.com/documents, cut to the exact size and format each form asks for. Everything stays in your browser. STEP 2 - Open a supported application portal. The ZapMitra panel appears on the page, works out what the form is asking for, and fills in what it knows. You read everything, change anything, and press the portal's own submit button yourself. WHERE IT WORKS Ready on these portals, no setup: IBPS registration (banks and bank-linked recruiting bodies), Railway Recruitment Boards on rrbapply.gov.in, TCS iON application pages used by ISRO and others, UPESSC, and APSC Assam. For any other website: click the ZapMitra icon and switch it on. Chrome asks your permission for that one site, and only that site. YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF EVERY BOX A green "Checked form" badge means a person walked this exact form and confirmed where every field goes. Without that, the panel says "Not checked yet" or tells you plainly it is working it out from the page. It never pretends to be sure. "Check one by one" walks you through each box: keep it, mark it wrong and pick the right detail, or skip it. Undo is always there. WHAT IT NEVER DOES - Never fills or reads passwords, OTPs or captchas - Never presses submit - you press the portal's own button - Never uploads your details or your documents anywhere YOUR DATA Your details and documents are stored in your browser and used on your device. There are no accounts and nothing of yours on our servers. Three small, non-personal things do travel, and our privacy page names all three: which form you have open, because the panel has to ask us for that form's layout; an anonymous count of which boxes that layout matched; and which boxes you said were right or wrong.
