NBDock adds a compact sidebar to Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) so you can organize notebooks into folders, save important answers, reuse prompts, and find research across notebooks. Built for students and researchers who read papers, organize notes, and study with Gemini Notebook. Features - Folder management: group notebooks by subject or project, drag and drop to organize, with custom colors, renaming, and collapsing - Automatic notebook detection: your notebooks are listed automatically from the homepage; click a name to jump to it, with pinning and recently-used sorting - Navigation dots: every question in a conversation gets a dot on the right edge; single-click to jump, double-click to bookmark - Bookmarks: save important passages across notebooks and jump back to the exact spot, grouped by notebook - Bookmark tags and notes: tag your bookmarks, add a short note, and filter by tag - Cross-notebook search: search scanned conversations, bookmarks, and notebook names; filter by scope, date, or multiple tags, and save frequent searches - Keyboard shortcut: Alt+B to toggle the sidebar - Saved prompts: store your frequently used prompts and insert them into the chat box with one click - Research export: export complete conversations as Markdown, JSON, or Q&A CSV, and export notebook source contents - Backup and restore: export all settings to a file and import them on another computer - 16 interface languages: English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Hindi, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Thai Privacy Data is stored in Chrome's local storage. Supported settings may sync across your Chrome devices through Chrome Sync. NBDock does not operate an external server or send your research content to the developer. The unlimitedStorage permission is used only for larger local conversation archives. NBDock is an independent extension and is not affiliated with Google, Gemini Notebook, or NotebookLM.
