Save and switch named cookie + localStorage profiles per site. 100% local, no accounts. Session Swap saves named sets of cookies and local Storage per site, so you can switch between concurrent active sessions — Tenant A → Tenant B, client account → personal account, staging admin → production admin — without going through the sign-out / sign-in loop every time. Why it exists ------------- Single-tenant tools assume one user, one session. Real life isn't that clean: you have a client account on the same SaaS you use personally, two roles on the same internal admin, three test users on staging. Each switch costs an SSO redirect, a 2FA prompt, and your scroll position. Session Swap stores each session as a named profile and brings it back with one click. What it does ------------ • Captures cookies + local Storage + session Storage per site • Detects Indexed DB-backed sites and warns you when the capture may be incomplete (most sites are fine; some auth schemes need IDB) • Scopes profiles to the registrable domain (eTLD+1) by default, so vercel.com and *.vercel.com swap together — narrow able to exact origin • Asks Chrome for permission per site, the first time only — no install- time "read all your data on all websites" warning • Backup + restore via JSON export/import (Pro) Privacy ------- 100% local.
