DrawingFox detects them before conversion and explains why. It does not trace pixels into closed outlines because that output is usually unsuitable for accurate engineering work. Text and dimension labels in a PDF are not recreated as editable CAD text. They may appear as line geometry when the source PDF stores them that way. HOW TO USE IT 1.
