Review the document, not the raw file — one click from any GitHub pull request into Markdown Review. Review the document, not the raw file. GitHub makes you choose between a readable document and a reviewable diff. Markdown Review gives you both — and this extension puts it one click away from every pull request. It adds a "#✓" button — the Markdown Review mark — next to the "Code" button on GitHub pull-request pages, plus a small "#✓" shortcut on each changed markdown file, which jumps straight to that file's review. One click opens the PR in Markdown Review (https://markdown-review.kanzen.sh), where you review Markdown pull requests section by section: source and rendered result together, sections marked reviewed so you can stop and continue later, review progress that survives new pushes, and PR comments shown inline where they belong. Built for markdown-heavy and AI-generated pull requests — specifications, PRDs, ADRs, and documentation. AI can write a 1,500-line spec in minutes; review it without losing your place, instead of approving one huge file. The extension itself stays out of the way: • Shows its buttons on pull-request pages (both the classic and the new GitHub PR experience). • Builds the review link from the PR's owner, repository, number, and file path — read from the page URL and file headers only. • Opens it in a new tab. No sign-in required to try it: anyone can preview a review of their own PR. A kanzen subscription unlocks the full experience. The extension collects no data, has no background processes, makes no network requests, and requires no permissions beyond running its content script on github.com.
