You don't even remember what you were searching for in the first place. We built an extension to fix that. A CLEANER WAY TO WATCH Toobie strips out the parts of YouTube designed to steal your attention: the homepage, Shorts, recommended videos, autoplay, and the rest. You watch what you came for. Nothing else. Pick a theme that fits your aesthetic. Light and Dark come free. Pro unlocks all others. TIMED FOCUS SESSIONS A timed session blocks Chill mode until the time runs out. There's no switching modes while it's running, and exiting a session early requires typing a confirmation phrase. Turn on Lock In mode and there's no early exit at all. NOTES THAT STAY WITH THE VIDEO Take notes right next to the player. Use slash commands to format your notes and add clickable timestamps to reference specific moments in the video throughout them. SKIP IN-VIDEO PROMOS When a creator cuts to a sponsor, Toobie skips ahead to where the video picks back up, so you don't lose momentum. BLOCK CHANNELS IN ONE CLICK Click a channel's name on a search result or under the video you're watching to block it. In Focus mode, that channel disappears from YouTube entirely. With Pro, your block list follows you across devices. SEARCH INSIDE EVERY VIDEO YOU'VE SAVED (Pro) Search your Toobie library using your own words. Toobie will find the videos and specific sections that match your search. Just click a result to jump straight to that part of the video. ASK ANYTHING ABOUT THE VIDEO (Pro) Have questions about the video? Ask AI and receive answers, along with clickable timestamps when relevant. SMART PAUSE (Pro) Start typing a note or a question and the video pauses on its own, then picks up when you're ready. You'll never have to go back to find what you missed while typing. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT We don't log what you watch or track your browsing. Only what you choose to save, like your videos and notes, is stored with your account. . . .
