Countdown timer for your next big event on every new tab. Countdown New Tab transforms every new tab into a personal countdown timer, keeping your most important deadline front and center — every single time you open a new tab. Whether you're counting down to a product launch, a vacation, a wedding, an exam, or any goal that matters to you, this extension turns your browser into a daily motivator. Key Features: - Custom Event Title — Name your countdown anything you like. The title displays as "[Your Event] in" so every new tab feels personal. - Precise Countdown — Displays days, hours, and minutes remaining, updated every second. - Progress Bar — See how far you've come, not just how far you have to go. The bar grows from the day you set your goal to the moment it arrives. - Beautiful Themes — Choose from five themes to match your mood: Light, Dark, OS Default (follows your system setting), Aura Mist, Calm Flow, and Midnight Glow. - Quick Settings — Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings panel instantly. No extra pages, no distractions. - Lightweight & Private — No account required. No data ever leaves your browser. Everything is stored locally on your device. How to get started: 1. Open a new tab — the settings panel will open automatically on first use. 2. Enter your event title, target date, and an optional time. 3. Choose a theme. 4. Click Save. Your countdown begins immediately.
