Automatically BCC customer emails to your Pingo360 timeline. Pingo360 for Gmail helps sales and support teams log customer email conversations in Pingo360 CRM without manual data entry. After connecting to the Pingo360 account already signed in within the browser, the extension retrieves the user's private CRM email drop address. When the user opens a Gmail compose window, Pingo360 adds that private address to BCC and displays a clear logging status. The sent email can then appear in the matching customer's CRM activity timeline.
