View and update Custom Label translations across all enabled org languages, on one screen. SF Translation Workbench turns Salesforce Custom Label translation into a single spreadsheet-like screen instead of a language-by-language chore. Salesforce's own Translation Workbench forces you to pick one language, edit, save, then switch to the next language and repeat — for every label, every time. This extension flips that around: every enabled language is a column, every label is a row, and you edit any cell directly. Only the cells you actually touch get saved; everything else is left alone. Why it's different from other approaches vs. Salesforce Setup UI: Setup's Translation Workbench is one language at a time; this shows all languages at once, so you can see gaps and inconsistencies across languages immediately instead of hunting language-by-language. vs. Data Loader / bulk export-edit-import: no CSV exports, no re-import mapping, no risk of overwriting labels you didn't mean to touch — everything happens in place, live against the org. vs. OAuth/connected-app tools: nothing to register in Setup, no client ID/secret, no separate login flow — it uses the session you're already in. A note on permissions The extension reads your Salesforce session cookie to authenticate its own API calls to your org — it never sends data anywhere else, and it can only do what your Salesforce user is already permitted to do.
