Score a user-reviewed business event locally by signal weight, recency, and relevance—never as purchase probability. Intakra Signal Priority Scorer is a transparent, local worksheet for deciding whether a business event deserves more review. Data disclosure: Manual scoring reads no tab data. Only after you click “Use this tab as context,” the extension reads the active tab’s URL, hostname, title, public Open Graph site name, public article publication time, and public JSON-LD organization or business name and publication or modification date. It does not read page-body text, form values, selected text, cookies, browsing history, CRM data, private files, or other tabs. The formula runs in your browser, with no analytics, advertising, account sign-in, remote service, remote configuration, or persistent storage. Choose: - the type of event, such as funding, a leadership hire, an acquisition, a launch, relevant hiring, restructuring, or a press mention; - how recent the event is; and - how directly it relates to what you sell. The extension multiplies the bundled signal weight, recency factor, and relevance factor, then shows an illustrative review-priority score from 0 to 100. The factors and resulting review band remain visible so the result can be challenged rather than treated as a black box. You can copy a review note or open Intakra’s public market-scan page. Opening Intakra sends no extension input or score; any later website submission is a separate user action. The output is not a buying-probability estimate and is not evidence of intent, budget, authority, need, timing, or purchase likelihood.
