Open the current page or any link through the Cleanroom service for a clean, script-free reading view. Cleanroom gives you a clean, script-free reading view of any webpage. Click the Cleanroom icon to open the current page through the Cleanroom service (cleanroom.whileyou.work), or right-click any link and choose "Open in Cleanroom". The service fetches the page, removes scripts, iframes, inline event handlers, and tracking attributes, and returns just the readable content. Because sanitized pages are plain URLs, they can be bookmarked, shared, and opened on mobile - no extension required there. Features: - One click for a sanitized version of the current page - Right-click any link to open it directly in Cleanroom - Optional filters (regular expressions) to remove page elements like sidebars and banners, configurable in the extension options - Works with your own server: the Cleanroom server is open source, and the extension lets you point at a self-hosted instance Privacy: the extension sends a page URL to the Cleanroom service only when you explicitly ask it to sanitize that page.
