Quickly toggles the &lng=en-us parameter for dynamics.com URLs. Since translations in some languages are often not really conclusive, it is advisable to switch the system to English for problem solving and troubleshooting. This can be done quickly by clicking on the Extension Icon in the Browser, which simply appends the URL Parameter "&lng=en-us" to the current D365 FSCM URL. With a second Click on the Icon, the URL-Paramter get's removed again. On Sites not belonging to Microsoft D365 F&SCM Systems (e.g. not containing "cloudax.dynamics.com" in the URL), the Extension will be disabled/non-functional.
