Save an Eye-share ServiceNow case, its attachments, and its change documents to your Downloads folder as Markdown. Eye-Share Ticket Export turns a ServiceNow case into a Markdown file in your Downloads folder. Open the case, click the toolbar icon, pick what you want, and it is on disk a few seconds later. It works on eyeshare.service-now.com. The case number and the customer are read off the page you are looking at, so there is usually nothing to type. WHAT THE BUTTONS DO Download Ticket Markdown writes <ticket>.md: the case fields as a table, then every comment and work note with its date, its type, and the person who wrote it. Download All Attachments saves each file from the case into Downloads\ServiceNow_<ticket>\, keeping the names they were uploaded under. Download Ticket And Attachments does both, into that same folder. Download Selected Change Document exports one change document as Markdown: the customer motivation, the functional description, the technical changes, and the test case. Internal identifiers and record links are left out, so what you get is the content. Download All Change Documents gathers every change document for the customer you are viewing into a single file. Download Everything gives you the case, the attachments, and the combined change documents under Downloads\ServiceNow\<ticket>\. DATE RANGES A case that has been open a year can carry several hundred comments. Set a From date, a To date, or both, and the export stops at those edges. The change document panel has a range of its own that filters on the updated date, which is how you answer questions like what shipped for this customer last quarter. WHY YOU MIGHT WANT IT Handovers. Customer meetings. Writing up a root cause after the fact. And feeding case history to an AI assistant, which is where Markdown earns its keep: it is plain text, so it pastes cleanly and costs very few tokens. PRIVACY No account, no sign-up, no server. The extension reads the session you are already signed in to and writes files through Chrome's download manager. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept off your machine. Its site permission covers https://eyeshare.service-now.com/* and nothing else. On every other page in your browser it does nothing.
