AI Medical Scriber is a companion extension for the AI Clinical Scriber app — built for doctors and clinicians who want to move faster through documentation without sacrificing quality. Record a consultation on your phone or desktop, and let the AI generate a structured medical note (SOAP, Comprehensive, ATLS, Discharge Summary, Referral Letter, and more). Then, when you're in your electronic medical record system, open this extension and insert the note directly into any text field with one click. Audio is deleted immediately after transcription — only the text is saved. Requires an active AI Clinical Scriber account.
