Distill AI conversations into local notes with your own prompts. Chat Distiller turns AI conversations into reusable local Markdown using prompts you control. Use the built-in distillation prompt, or customize it to generate the output your workflow needs — memory notes, decisions, TODOs, project context, study notes, documentation, custom templates, and more. The generated Markdown is saved directly to a local folder you choose. There is no developer-controlled backend, analytics service, or cloud storage. Works with supported AI chat services to distill conversations into structured Markdown notes. How it works: Choose a local folder and an optional subfolder. Open a conversation on a supported AI platform and click Generate & Save. Chat Distiller inserts and submits your configured prompt in the current conversation. Once generation is complete, the extension validates the structured Markdown and saves it to your authorized local folder.
